Right to Be Informed

Right of Access

You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of the information we hold about you. This is commonly known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will respond to valid requests within one month.

Right to Rectification

If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. We will address valid rectification requests within one month.

Right to Erasure

Also known as the "right to be forgotten", you may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including:

• The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was originally collected
• You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
• You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
• The data has been unlawfully processed

Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain situations, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.

Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing purposes. If you object to direct marketing, we will stop processing your data for that purpose.

Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

You have rights regarding automated decision-making, including profiling. We do not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.

How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond to your request within one month. If your request is complex or we receive multiple requests, we may extend this period by a further two months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your personal data or your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
